Hi! My name is Steph.

Once upon a time I was 111kg. Not only was I overweight I was also living a lifestyle I wasn’t proud of. I didn’t care what, or how much I was eating, the only form of exercise I did was go to work and of course I was DEEPLY unhappy with how I looked and felt. I was completely uninspired.

Fast forward to about 2 years ago. I discovered calorie counting and food tracking. For a long time I was self taught but still managed to lose a total of 42kg. The BEST part was that I learnt that I didn’t need to give up all of my favourite food and I didn’t need to be miserable at social events. I just needed to find the right balance that allowed me to get the results I wanted while still actually enjoying my life.

Fast forward again, I’m now a qualified Nutritionist and Online Nutrition Coach.

I’m here to help make your weight loss journey as SIMPLE as possible. I want to take away the overwhelm, replace doubt with PROGRESS and ultimately show you what you are capable of.
